Decade's primary method of fighting involves becoming the Nine Heisei Era riders who preceded him.
Because of this, he is quite hax, because the other riders are all pretty powerful in their own right.
 

 

FORM RIDE :
KUUGA MIGHTY
KUUGA TITAN
KUUGA DRAGON
KUUGA PEGASUS

Mighty Form is a well balanced strong punch/kick form.
He'll keep using this if he finds it does a good job against his opponent.
Kuuga Titan is heavily armored with strong attack power, but sacrifices speed.
It also equips him with the Titan sword.
By grabbing any pole or stick-like object, he can transmogrify that object into the sword.
Kuuga Dragon is a swift and agile form, but less armored and physically weaker than mighty form.
To make up for it's lack of defense, it equips him with the Dragon Rod which lets him keep foes at range.
It can be manifested in the same way as the titan sword.
Kuuga Pegasus enhances the users senses of sight and hearing far beyond the human limit.
This, combined with the pegasus bowgun it equips him with, allows for precision marksmanship.
It can transmogrify any ranged weapons, like a handgun, into the bowgun.

AGITO GROUND
AGITO FLAME
AGITO STORM
AGITO TRINITY

Agito Ground form is a strong, well balanced form that focuses around punches.
It has incredible strength. A single punch can shatter bone and break rock easily.
Agito Flame form enhances all of the right arms punches with searing hot flames.
It also enhances the senses of the user,
to the point they can detect opponents who are hiding from him without a line of sight.
Finally, it arms him with the flame saber, that reduces all it cuts to ash.
Agito Storm form is incredibly quick and nimble and infuses the left arm of Agito with the power of wind.
It moves so fast that its speed could be mistaken for the ability to predict an opponents movements.
It also arms the user with the storm halberd.
AGITO TRINITY form is a combination of the three forms, merging Flame forms superior strength,
Storm forms incredible agility and ground forms overall effectiveness.
It can also wield both the flame saber and storm halberd, or dual wield them together.
 


FORM RIDE :
RYUKI

This guy only has one form; BLASPHEMY. Basically, this guy is a stereotypical knight character.
He can fight using cards, much like decade, and can travel through reflective surfaces at high speeds.
SWORD VENT : Summons Ryukis sword, the drag saber.
STRIKE VENT : Summons a dragon-headed gauntlet to his right arm, that can shoot flames.
GUARD VENT : Summons a shield made of dragon scales to his forearms.

 

FORM RIDE :
FAIZ
FAIZ ACCEL

Faiz is a well-rounded form that emphasizes a balanced fighting style.
It can also fire out energy based drills that can stun an opponent on the spot.
As an added bonus, the visor on this form gives incredible sight to its user,
along with x-ray and night vision capabilities.
Accel mode is a limited to ten seconds per use mode.
It allows the user to move at the speed of sound, and increases their punching power significantly.

FORM RIDE :
BLADE
BLADE - JACK FORM

BLADE is a melee orientated form that fights with, what else, a sword. It can also make use of cards  to enhance some of it's abilities, such as increasing it's speed or durability, or enhancing attacks with electricity.
JACK FORM offers several enhancements over Blade form, such as a longer weapon, heavier armor that doesn't restrict movement and wings fully capable of flight, but otherwise acts in a similar manner to blade default form.
MACH : Boosts the users speed by placing them into an accelerated time plane. Time appears to move much slower to the user, making it easier to dodge attacks and strike in a more precise manner.
METAL : Boosts the users durability by transmuting their body into an organic metal.
THUNDER : Supplements the users next attack with the lightning element.

FORM RIDE :
HIBIKI

This form has tremendous physical strength and control over flames. It can breathe fire and shoot fireballs from the tips of the drumsticks it wields, or ignite the tips to enhance each strike with the power of fire.
but mun hates hibiki so he will never use this ahah



FORM RIDE :
KABUTO - MASKED
KABUTO - CAST OFF
HYPER KABUTO

Kabuto is a well-balanced form. It preforms well in close or long range situations, and is armored enough to survive in combat against even incredibly powerful foes.
MASKED form is the default state of kabuto, which is heavily armored and has enhanced physical strength, but in exchange this form is difficult to move around in.
This is the only form change that doesn't have Decade start off in a riders default state, as he enters Cast off state when he transforms into Kabuto and must use a form change card to assume this form.
CAST OFF strips the kabuto state of any excess armor, making it more streamlined. Although it offers less protection, this is made up for by easier movement for the user.
It also grants a secondary ability known as Clock Up, which allows the user to move at Mach 60.
HYPER form enhances the users physical attributes to incredible levels. Although decade can't make use of Hyper's signature weapon, greatly reducing it's effectiveness,
 it does allow him to use Hyper clock up, which accelerates the users movements to the point they can move beyond light speeds, and grants them free control over time.

ROD FORM
AX FORM
GUN FORM

This is pretty much useless.
The armor doesn't really offer anything the Decade form doesn't, plus he doesn't even get their weapons either, limiting the effectiveness of using it even further.
The times he tried using these in a fight he got his ass handed to him, mainly because there's no real way for him to effectively use them.



FORM RIDE :
KIVA
KIVA - GARURU SABER
KIVA - BASHAA MAGNUM
KIVA - DOGGA HAMMER

KIVA form uses a feral fighting style, with claw swipes and relentless kicks.
It moves quick and strikes tough, and although the armor isn't exactly bulletproof,
it's still strong enough to hold it's own against moderate attacks.
GARURU SABER increases speed and reflexes, and can unleash sonic blasts.
The forms strength is tied to the phases of the moon,
at its weakest during the daytime and at its strongest during a full moon.
It also, obviously, gives the user a sword known as the Garuru saber.
BASHAA MAGNUM sacrifices strength and agility in order to enhance the users perception.
It allows them to pick out weakpoints in the foes body and strike with pinpoint accuracy with the
Bashaa Magnum weapon.
DOGGA HAMMER form heavily armors the user, sacrificing speed for overwhelming physical strength.
It also equips the user with a gigantic two-handed hammer, but grants them enough strength to use it with one.
Repeated use of the weapon, as in several strung together strikes, would require two hands.
It also has manipulation over electrical energy.
